Pre-release draft: the operator’s legal identity and verified direct contact details are still pending. This document describes the reviewed source code and does not certify the live deployment.
1. Parties, scope and acceptance
These terms govern the use of Saliba Discord Bot (application ID: 1529178609103667342), its commands, server features and dashboard, provided by the Saliba Studios team. You use the service through your own account or on behalf of a server you are authorized to manage. If you act for an organization, you must have the necessary authority. The operator’s legal name and direct contact details have not yet been supplied; this version therefore remains a draft.
Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable law remain unaffected. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the bot or dashboard. If authorized, you may remove the bot from your server.
2. Discord relationship and eligibility
Saliba is an independent application. It is not operated by Discord, and Discord endorsement should not be assumed. Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer policies and platform restrictions also apply. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and the requirements applicable in your country. Verification or inclusion in an application directory does not guarantee the accuracy or security of every feature.
3. Service features
The bot provides moderation and anti-nuke protection, logs, tickets and applications, temporary voice rooms, invite/activity/level tracking, birthdays, boost tracking, music, giveaways, a virtual economy, AFK, translation, information, embeds, announcements, social notifications and analytics. Availability depends on bot permissions, server settings, external services and the application version. The dashboard manages servers you are authorized to manage. These terms do not create a paid subscription, paid credit product or payment service. If such a product is offered later, its pricing, cancellation and refund conditions must be disclosed separately in advance.
4. Account and server permissions
Protect your Discord account. Do not share dashboard session links or keys. Review the permissions requested by the bot, limit access to what its tasks require and check the role hierarchy. Do not attempt to access another server’s settings or bypass authorization checks using API requests.
Server administrators must restrict access to logs and transcript channels, inform members about enabled data-processing features and correct accidentally public records. The application does not replace an administrator’s own legal or administrative responsibilities.
5. Server settings and disabling features
Dashboard settings are stored against the selected server ID. Unsaved changes do not apply. The bot refreshes its configuration cache approximately every 30 seconds; connectivity and scheduling may delay changes. Feature switches govern new actions in the relevant handlers. Disabling a feature does not erase previously sent messages, instantly cancel every ongoing game, giveaway, music session or timer, or constitute a data-deletion request.
Ensure the necessary channels, roles and permissions are available when enabling a feature. Deleting a channel or revoking permissions may prevent an action. Removing an existing role assignment or generated channel may require a separate action.
6. Prohibited uses
Using the service for spam, harassment, discriminatory threats, fraud, phishing, malware or unlawful content.
Bypassing Discord security or privacy measures, rate limits or user permissions, or misusing the bot to harvest accounts or personal information.
Stealing tokens or sessions, changing server settings without permission, or exploiting vulnerabilities to access other people’s data.
Abusing economy, giveaway, invite or XP flaws, or using bots and alternate accounts to manipulate results.
Publishing content without necessary copyright or other rights, or using music tools to circumvent platform rules.
Collecting unnecessary personal information through applications, tickets or logs, particularly sensitive information about children.
7. Moderation and automated actions
Spam, raid and anti-nuke assessments use automated rules and may produce false positives or miss events. Bans, kicks, timeouts, role changes and channel actions can have significant consequences. Administrators should review thresholds, exceptions and permissions and provide human review of member appeals. Contact the relevant server’s administrators about its moderation decisions and Saliba support about application faults. The bot does not promise perfect protection.
8. Tickets, applications and content
You must have the rights needed to share submitted text and files. Content rights remain with you or the rights holder. You permit Saliba to process, store and transmit content only as needed to provide the requested feature. This is not permission to sell content or reuse it without limits.
Ticket and application messages may be visible to participating members and staff. Transcripts may be sent to a log channel or a relevant user. A private channel does not guarantee absolute confidentiality. Requests to remove application records are assessed separately from copies held by a server, its users or Discord.
9. Virtual economy and games
Balances, rewards and inventory items are virtual in-app values. They are not real money, bank accounts, deposits, cryptoassets or investment products. Names such as “invest”, roulette and blackjack do not mean that real financial services are offered. These terms do not authorize converting balances to money, selling them for real money or wagering items with real monetary value.
Authorized balance adjustments, bug fixes and abuse investigations may affect results. A disputed transaction may require relevant account and transaction context. Outputs are not financial advice, and earnings or permanent preservation of balances are not guaranteed.
10. Giveaways, music and external services
Giveaway organizers are responsible for lawful prizes, eligibility conditions, entry rules and delivery. Saliba provides a random-selection tool and is not the prize provider unless separately agreed in writing. Organizers must meet applicable requirements for prizes of real value or age and regional restrictions.
Music and social notifications depend on source-service permissions and availability. Translations can be inaccurate and should be checked before important decisions. QuickChart or other service outages may affect individual features. Linking an external service does not mean Saliba owns or endorses its content.
11. Data, security and support requests
The Privacy Policy describes data categories, recipients, retention and request channels. Removing the bot does not delete all stored data. Send access, correction and deletion requests to the operator. Include necessary context such as server/user IDs and the time of an error, but do not submit passwords, tokens or unnecessary private information. Report vulnerabilities without exposing other people’s data. These terms do not guarantee a support response time or a 24/7 service level.
12. Changes, interruptions and termination
The service may change, be limited or be interrupted because of maintenance, security issues, Discord changes, infrastructure or external APIs. Significant foreseeable changes will be announced through appropriate channels where possible. Proportionate access restrictions may be imposed for violations or security threats without unnecessary disclosure of personal information. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
You may stop using the service, revoke OAuth authorization or, if authorized, remove the bot. When terminating the service, the operator should assess retained data against its purpose, mandatory obligations and deletion requests. Termination does not remove applicable data-request rights.
13. Liability and mandatory rights
The service is not guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Misconfiguration, unauthorized account use and external outages can cause losses. The operator’s responsibility is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, mandatory data-protection responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. No arbitrary monetary liability cap or mandatory arbitration clause is imposed.
14. Intellectual property, disputes and contact
The Saliba name, artwork and application materials belong to their respective rights holders. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of its branding. Discord and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. If one provision cannot be enforced, that alone does not invalidate the remaining applicable provisions.
You may first seek a resolution through support. Rights to pursue legal remedies or complain to competent authorities remain intact. No exclusive court or governing law is specified because the operator’s legal identity and country have not yet been confirmed.
Support: Saliba support server. The operator’s legal name and direct support email must be completed before publication. Changes will carry a new date and version; significant changes require appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where necessary.
